Payments:  We accept debit, credit, cash and do have contactless pay options, however we ask that you bring a physical card as we have been experiencing times when it isn't always working

Reminders :  You will receive courtesy reminders at 48hrs before your scheduled appointment, please confirm as prompted or cancel at this time to avoid any fees.


Cancellation Policy: If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please give us as much notice as possible. Exceptions will be made for emergencies.


Changes can be made online up to 24 hours before your appointment, after which you will have to call the salon directly or if we are closed, email the salon at so we can get the cancellation message on time.


Cancellation fees are $25/hr you have reserved if cancellation notice is not received the day before your scheduled time during regular business hours (24 hour cancellation fee).


No-Show fee: $50/hr you have reserved if you cancel the same day, within 4 hours of your appointment or do not show up to your appointment.

We have a team of extensively trained stylists with different areas of expertise, experience, demand on time, schedules and pricing so that you will be welcomed into any chair you decide to sit in! Cell Phones: We want your salon experience to be an opportunity to relax, so we request that cell phones and other electronic devices be used with headphones, silenced or turned off so as not to disturb other guests.


Children: We love children! We even have some of our own! However, our relaxing salon ambiance is often a get-away (often for mom’s enjoying some time away from their little people), so we ask that you please arrange child-care outside the salon. Some stylists will take on your little person as a client as long as they will fit in our chairs, sinks and be respectful of others in the salon. Note that we do not have special pricing for children but will charge based on time as in all of our services.


Product Guarantee: We 100% guarantee our retail product offerings at GUIDE. If something isn't working for you, or you are having a reaction, please return within 15 days for exchange or refund. *Extension purchases are a final sale and are non-refundable*


Extension Policy: All extension services are final sale. All deposits or retainers are non-refundable. Extension services canceled within 72 hours of scheduled session may result in a non-refundable retainer fee in order to rebook.

Colour/ Lightening Policy :

We will always do our best to help you reach your hair goal when you are in our chair. Hair is a canvas unique to each person, and your hair history, condition and texture can be limiting. Often it may take a few sessions (or more) to get to a goal, with keeping your hair as healthy as possible.

We are all about under-promising and over-delivering, but we are all experienced enough to know when to say no to certain requests, and will suggest something more suitable or achievable. If the stylist is not feeling confident going forward during the consultation, we may decide not to proceed with a service. 

Service Adjustment Policy: We will always strive to offer our clients the highest level of customer satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or colour, let the salon know within 3 days of your visit. If a technical error was made, we are happy to adjust the issue within the limitations discussed in your consultation by the original stylist. Please contact management directly at 306.974.4247 or


Change of Heart Policy: We understand that sometimes you change your mind, or just aren't feeling the look that you decided on. The services required for the adjustments to a different look will be charged accordingly. Please contact the salon manager directly at 306.974.4247 or to discuss, or book in for a consultation with the stylist.


Sick Policy: If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment. We will do our best to accommodate you once you are feeling better. If you arrive for your appointment with symptoms of illness you may be asked to reschedule and a cancellation fee may be charged.
